Deconstruction for REALTORS®: Adding Value Through Sustainable Practices
Deconstruction Academy™, operated by Birch Group, is proud to partner with the Minneapolis Area REALTORS® to offer approved Continuing Education (CE) courses for real estate professionals.
The course, Deconstruction for REALTORS®: Adding Value Through Sustainable Practices, provides Realtors with practical insight into how deconstruction and material reuse can increase property value, reduce construction waste, and support sustainable redevelopment throughout Minnesota communities.
Approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce, this CE course helps Realtors understand how responsible building practices intersect with real estate development, property rehabilitation, and community sustainability. Participants will also learn how to guide clients in identifying opportunities to save money through material donation tax estimates and available grant programs when remodeling or rehabilitating properties.
